What to Expect

Reflect Cincy Grants offer a unique opportunity to deeply impact the culture of the community, as well as how the Jewish community is served.

TJF and the Reflect Cincy team recognize that making change is hard. We want to support people who want to try something that is unproven, by learning ways to test and learn. We want people to feel supported in really listening to the community’s needs and creating processes that allow the community being served to be a bigger part of the decision-making.

Application Process – we provided:

  • Information sessions to learn about the grants, understand why they were developed and generate ideas for the Cincinnati Jewish community.
  • Training sessions for participants to further explore how to plug in, apply for funding and elevate the voices of stakeholders in their process.
  • Support to find a fiscal sponsor.
  • Office hours

Awarded Grantee Process:
In addition to funding, grantees will receive coaching to test and iterate, which may include learning how to prototype, activate stakeholders and give/receive peer support.
